    • If you can’t find the number, just choose “New Member”
• Payment

• Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) Waivers
  • Physical form (linked below)
  • Name of Participant: Write MAC membership # with name if applicable
  • Year/Season = ‘Winter 2024’
  • Class & Event registration = ‘Lincoln HS Racquetball’

    • Class Code = @lincolnrb
    • We will auto-sign folks up after completing the Team Registration
    • In settings you can determine how you are notified (email, text, app)
• Team Uniform / Gear

  • Players should get the required shirt at a minimum.
  • Friends and family should feel free to buy any other gear and support the team!
